“We team up with our sister group

to perform n Poland and we will be

taking our group to perform in Poland

in the summer of 2017,”Martin said.

This year, the group will appear on

the Lou LaRiche main stage in

forming dances with the simpler early

steps of the youngest members to the

          more experienced students.

          “Our choreographers are Natalie

          Jedruszko and Marie Stawasz, they

both have taken courses from Polish

instructors in Poland and in the

          United States. Natalie earned her

          teaching degree in Poland,” Martin

          said.

          Membership in the group requires

only a desire to dance and have fun

although there is a monthly fee for

practice time and lessons. This month,

however, membership is free but inter-

ested candidates need to speak with

Martin first about coming to class, she

said. The group practices at Madonna

          University at Schoolcraft and Levan
