          Recipe for success
        
        
          Rotary Chicken Sunday involves entire community
        
        
          Bill Weber is a man who can handle
        
        
          a lot of responsibility.
        
        
          After all, he spent seven years as
        
        
          Superintendent of the South Redford
        
        
          School District, responsible for about
        
        
          4,000 students and an annual budget of
        
        
          $27million.
        
        
          He may need all that experience,
        
        
          andmore, onChickenSundaywhenhe
        
        
          will be theman responsible for 700 vol-
        
        
          unteers, a crew of Rotarians and the
        
        
          perfect preparation of 10,750 chicken
        
        
          dinners.
        
        
          Weber is the chairman of the
        
        
          Barbeque Committee for the Plymouth
        
        
          Rotary Club this year, placing the bur-
        
        
          den of purchasing, preparing, packag-
        
        
          ing and selling the dinners squarely on
