Taking the lead
Lions Club brings vision tests, Leader Dogs to event
Very few visitors to the Plymouth
Fall Festival walk past the Lions booth
without at the very least, a second
look.
That's just what the club members
are counting on.
The attractions don't getmuchmore
appealing that the puppies the club
brings to their booth annually to pro-
mote their efforts for Leader Dogs for
theBlind. The puppies, alongwith sev-
eral trained leader dogs will be in the
booth all weekend and several will
even demonstrate a few of the training
techniques and lessons while watch-
ing the crowds pass by.
A formal demonstration of the tal-
ents of the leader dogs will take place
