on authentic flavors in their food.
“We never over-season,” Bassam
Warra said. “With the freshest ingredi-
ents, we don't have to.” The restaurant
uses family recipes handed down for
generations and also offers some new
disheswitha contemporary flair.
Warra said that Mediterranean food
is naturally healthy and he wants to
keep it that way. Everything in the
restaurant is made fresh every day
“from scratch, because nobody makes
it as good aswe do,”Warra said.
“We created Simply Fresh
Mediterranean Grill. Our vision is that
everymeal we serve is as delicious, fla-
vorful and nutritious as the meals we
serve at home,” Warra said. He said
the restaurant will welcome Art In The
Park visitors this year.

will have special Art InThe Park hours
and open at 11 a.m. Friday, Saturday
andSunday.
Usual hours are from 11 a.m. until 9
p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday and Saturday, From 11 a.m.
until 10 p.m. onFriday and noon until 7
p.m. Sunday.

Station 885 has become a tradition
throughout the Plymouth area. After
nearly three decades of serving great
meals to families, they are obviously on
the right track, according to owner Rob
Costanza.
The Costanza family prides them-
selves on a fresh menu but never for-
gets the traditional dishes which have
made Station 885 part of countless fam-
ily events and celebrations during the
past 30 years.
They serve freshMamaMucci pasta
and hand-cut steaks along with a selec-
tion of fresh fish.
Every Monday through Wednesday,
the restaurant offers half-off prices on
bottles of wine and there are dinner
specials fromthe kitchennightly.
The restaurant is located adjacent
to the railroad tracks in historic Old
Village.
Station 885 is open from 11 a.m.
until midnight Monday through
Thursday and from 11 a.m. until 1 a.m.
onFriday andSaturday.
The restaurant also offers a special
Sunday Brunch from 10 a.m. until 2
p.m. which includes various breakfast
items along with prime rib, fresh
shrimp, salads, fruits and made-to-
order crepes and omelets.
Station 885 also hosts the Civitans
Taste Fest which begins at 6 p.m.
Friday during theFall Festival.
