        Words to the wise

Members of the Wayne Rotary Club continued the long-standing tradition of presenting
each third-grade student in the community with a dictionary. The club has sponsored
the dictionary gifts for several years. This year, members of the city police and fire
departments helped distribute the reference books and many signed the gifts for the
students. This year, students at St. Michael's, Taft Galloway, Roosevelt and McGrath
        elementary schools received the books.
