The Party Tent has become the largest
fundraiser for the group which pro-
vides necessities including food, cloth-
ing and housing for homeless and
needy veterans.
This year, the Party Tent will feature
one of the most popular bands in the
area, Agostini said. Power Play Detroit
will entertain from 8 until midnight on
Friday and then Ava James will take to
the tent stage on Saturday night.
Agostini said both groups have a
large following and have been very
popular with the festival crowds. “They
are a big draw,” Agostini said. “They
just blow the roof off and people love
them,” he added.
“We're very, very grateful,” Dew said.
