          Contest photos will be on display in the
        
        
          hospitality tent throughout the
        
        
          Pumpkin Festival. Visitors can vote for
        
        
          the baby of their choice Sept. 21-23.
        
        
          Votes are $1 each.
        
        
          The top two vote-getters among boys
        
        
          and girls will be declared the winners
        
        
          at 4 p.m. Sept. 23. Gift cards will be
        
        
          awarded to the winners and certifi-
        
        
          cates will be presented to all partici-
        
        
          pants.
        
        
          The contest is open to children who
        
        
          are no older than 2 as of Sept. 21, 2018.
        
        
          The third annual DDA Cutest Pet
        
        
          Contest photos will also be on display
        
        
          in the hospitality tent throughout the
        
        
          Pumpkin Festival. Visitors can vote for
        
        
          the pet of their choice Sept. 21-23 at $1
        
        
          per vote. The top three pet vote-getters
        
        
          will be declared the winners at 4 p.m.
        
        
          on Sunday, Sept. 23. A gift card will be
        
        
          awarded to the winner and all partici-
        
        
          pantswill receive a certificate.
        
        
          The Romulus DDA Pumpkin
        
        
          Festival “Lip Sync Challenge” is set for
        
        
          2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23, on the
        
        
          Freight House Stage at 11120 Hunt St.
        
        
          The challenge is open to the public,
        
        
          who will show off their lip sync skills to
        
        
          songs. Prizes will be awarded for best
        
        
          costume, best lip sync and best overall
        
        
          performance. The contest is open to
        
        
          Romulus residents and students, who
        
        
          must register their song choice in
        
        
          advance by calling (734) 955-4531.
        
        
          Competitors may be singles or groups
        
        
          up to six people. There will be one
        
        
          judged song per performer or group.
        
        
          The contest will feature D.J. Jose as
        
        
          master of ceremonies.

          annual Breakfast with the Boy Scouts.
