          Car Show:
        
        
          Classic car owners are
        
        
          invited to participate in the Cruisin'
        
        
          2018 Car Show on Goddard Road near
        
        
          Hunt Street. Hours of the 17th annual
        
        
          car show are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday,
        
        
          Sept. 22. The entry fee is $10 per car.
        
        
          The first 125 cars to register by 2 p.m.
        
        
          will receive dash plaques. There will
        
        
          be a 50/50 drawing. Donations benefit
        
        
          local organizations. The show is spon-
        
        
          sored by Auto Value, The Chevelle Club
        
        
          of Michigan and Blue Sky Ice Cream
        
        
          and Hamburgers. To register or obtain

          Fun and Games:
        
        
          Youngsters will
        
        
          enjoy the Kids Zone, which will be
        
        
          open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday,
        
        
          Sept. 22 and noon to 6 pm. Sunday,
        
        
          Sept. 23. There will be inflatable attrac-
        
        
          tions on site. Parents and children will
        
        
          be able to buy a wristband so the young
        
        
          people can have fun in the bounce
        
        
          houses throughout the day.
        
        
          There also will be a free pumpkin
        
        
          treat walk at noon, sack races at 1 p.m.,
        
        
          amarshmallow race at 2 p.m., pumpkin
        
        
          rolling at 3 p.m., punkin chuckin' at 3:30
        
        
          p.m. and, for $3, pumpkin painting from
        
        
          11 a.m. to 5 p.m. onSaturday.
