After a century of serving the Greater Plymouth Community,
Central Middle School, formerly the Plymouth High School, closed its doors in 2015.

The property was secured on behalf of PARC, Inc. by Mark and Patty Malcolm.

Since that time PARC has demonstrated the need for and financial viability

of a community arts, education, and recreation center in downtown Plymouth.
This is an opportunity for Plymouth Township and the City of Plymouth

to further develop this historic asset into a complex that will serve to

promote the health and well-being of all residents while increasing the quality

of life and property values for the Greater Plymouth Community.

We enthusiastically support PARC and encourage

voters to make an informed decision on the

November 6, 2018 Recreational Authority ballot initiative.
