CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF CANTON Approval of the Final Planned Development for Wellington on the Willow
WHEREAS, the Project Sponsor has requested approval of a Final Planned Development for Wellington on The Willow, locat-
ed on the east side of Lotz Road and south of Ford Road; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the final; con-
ceptual development plan and development agreement made a recommendation to approve the request as it meets the criteria for
a planned development, fulfills an identified need and results in definite benefits to the community; WHEREAS, the Final
Planned Development is also consistent with the Statement of Conditions and conceptual plan approved as part of the Conditional
Rezoning of the property to R-6, Single-Family Attached Residential in November, 2016; NOW THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Board of Trustees of the Charter Township of Canton, Michigan does hereby approve the request for a Final

Intergovernmental Agreement with Wayne County for the road improvements to Hanford and Saltz Roads. Motion carried unan-
imously. Motion by Siegrist, supported by Slavens to authorize the Township Supervisor to sign the agreement on behalf of
Canton Township. Motion carried unanimously. Director Faas explained this action is approve the $388,000 (which is coming
from the County) and the $97,000 match to come from Canton Township funds. Item G-4. Consider Award of a Contract to
Spalding DeDecker Associates for the Program Consultant for the 2019 Road Improvement Program. (MSD) Motion by
Siegrist, supported by Slavens to approve two (2) purchase order contracts with Spalding DeDecker Associates for the program
consultant services and local road program in the amount of $209,920 under the Professional Services Agreement. The first pur-
chase order is for 2018 expenses in an amount not-to-exceed $150,000 and the second purchase order is for 2019 for the reminder
of $59,920. Motion carried unanimously. Item G-5. Consider Award of a Purchase Order Contract to Bell Equipment
Company for an Envirosight Jetscan Video Nozzle as Bid through the State of Michigan MI-DEAL Purchasing Program.

amount of $16,943.88 for an Envirosight Jetscan video nozzle as bid through the State of Michigan MI-DEAL Purchasing
