AN ORDINANCE ADDING A NEW SECTION TO CHAPTER 36 - OFFENSES, ARTICLE VII -
OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC SAFETY, DIVISION 2 - WEAPONS, WHICH NEW SECTION SHALL
BE DESIGNATED AS SEC. 36-360 OF SAID CODE
THE CITY OF ROMULUS ORDAINS:
Section 1. Chapter 36 - Offenses, Article VII - Offenses against Public Safety, Division 2 - Weapons is hereby
amended to read as follows:

Within forty-five (45) days after publication of any ordinance duly passed by the Council, a petition may be pre-
