Treasurer Paige announced that Real Property Taxes or Personal Property Taxes are due by 8:00 a.m. tomor-
row, Tuesday, March 3, 2020. Drop boxes are available for ease of access to make payments, and a Kiosk is
available at the RAC. A heartfelt, “Thank you!” to the Treasurer’s Office staff for the Dog/Cat day inocula-
tion support. St. John’s Lodge fundraiser is on Sunday.
Councilman Wadsworth talked about the annual Dog/Cat inoculation day.

Councilwoman Williams led discussion on the new Interim Chief of Police, Robert Pfannes. An announce-
ment of the Swearing-In will take place Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers.

-Councilwoman Talley spoke about the Soul Food dinner, and thanked all for their support, donations,
and community service.
-Mayor Burcroff stated, “Good Work” relative to the annual Soul Food dinner.
-Mayor Pro Tem Barden spoke about Romulus Alumni and gathering; Congratulated the Romulus H.S.
Basketball team as the Western League Champions.
-Councilwoman Abdo thanked all who participated in the annual Romulus Drug Task Force bowling
fundraiser.
-Councilwoman Webb thanked Tina Talley for a Fabulous Job, and great communication during the
two day school closure/inclimate weather conditions which preempted the scheduled Soul Food dinner
cancellation, but successfully serving Romulus Seniors and residents for two days, thereafter.
-Councilwoman Williams thanked city employee Roger Kadau for his support during the bowling fun-
filled festivities.
