2019 to September 30, 2020 with a local share of $55,315.75.

over into fund balance and will be utilized for the FY2020/21 Budget according to the State of

Mayor Burcroff invited Julie Albert, Director of Assessing and Financial Services, to address the
Honorable Body as a follow-up to discussions regarding the Romulus Civic League’s Tax Exempt
Status. Director Albert presented a Memorandum with a written timeline of activities regarding -
Romulus Civic League Property Tax status. As a result of the “Combination Application” requirements
to combine vacant parcel on Grover (80077 24 0006 301) with parcel at 11495 Wahrman (80 077 25
0025 301), a mutually agreed upon date of completion and submission to the City of Romulus
Department of Assessment, absolves the need to request a Special Meeting Study Session, under the
Clerk’s Report Agenda Item 6B.
