          Joy said his one hope, other than
        
        
          great weather this year, is boredom.
        
        
          While that may sound odd, Joy said
        
        
          that last year the public safety staff at
        
        
          the festival were actually left with very
        
        
          little to do, which he considers great
        
        
          news.
        
        
          “Last year, when I was walking
        
        
          around, the EMTs from Huron Valley
        
        
          Ambulance were yawning at the First
        
        
          Aid station.  That, to me is a good
        
        
          thing,” he said.
        
        
          “Actually, last year, the police didn't
        
        
          report anything that got out of control,”
        
        
          which, Joy said, is a real tribute to the
        
        
          community.
        
        
          “This is all about the community
        
        
          and the civic groups,” Joy said.
