on North Main
Street. The new
dining establish-
ment has been
open for about a
year and a half
and offers mod-
ern, Eurasian cui-
sine under the
watchful eye anddirection of ExecutiveChef John.
Everything fresh, every day is the philosophy at Aqua
where each menu item is prepared to order using only the
very freshest ingredients, meats and produce. The Aqua
kitchendoes not usemicrowaves or freezers.
Monday nights Aqua offers a Tour of Greece menu and
Happy Hours take place from3-6 p.m. and again from9 p.m.
until closing every night.
The ultra modern bar offers Aqua signature craft cock-
tails, draft and bottled beers, liquor and a great wine selec-
tion. The restaurant also features unique sushi/sashimi and
hostsHalf-off SushiWednesdays, when diners pay half price
for sushi rolls.
The restaurant is divided by the formal dining room,
black-glass topped full-service bar, cocktail area and all-sea-
son ultra lounge/patio. The ultra lounge is available for
reservations for private parties, birthdays or corporate
luncheons. Private parking is available on site. Aqua is open
from11 a.m. until 11 p.m. Monday throughFriday, formnoon
until midnight Saturday and from noon until 10 p.m. on
Sunday.
