Tent behind E.G. Nick’s provides live entertainment
Frank Agostini and Tony Belli guarantee a good time at
the Party Tent Friday and Saturday night during the Fall
Festival.
As has become a tradition, a huge tent is erected in the
parking lot behind E.G. Nick's restaurant at 500 Forest St.
where there is live music and entertainment for the older
than 21 crowd.
“It's a way to give back to the community and have a good
time,” Agostini said. There will be live entertainment with
Smokin’ Mirrors performing on Friday and Power Play
entertaining the crowds onSaturday.
The $3 cover chargewill again this year be donated to the
PlymouthCantonVietnamVeterans group.
“Hey, anything we can do to help these guys, we try to do
it,” Agostini said. “The community really responds, too, and
we've seen people drop much more than the cover charge
into the jar to help these guys with their efforts to support
vets.”
“The Fall Festival is all about the community,” Agostini
said. “We do this to have a good time and to support the com-
munity and the veterans. Andwe know, for sure, that people
always have a great time here. It's a big party with a lot of
fun.”
The Party Tent is in the lot which can also be accessed
fromHarvey Street. The Party Tent will be open from8 p.m.
until midnight each night and the bands usually begin to
play around 9.
