Festival offers merchants extra boost in business
Gary Atkinson, who owns
Plymouth's Three Dog Bakery on
Forest Avenue with his wife and son,
looks forward to the Plymouth Ice
Festival each year.
“I get increased volume over that
three-day period,” said Atkinson. “A lot
of peoplewill bring their dogs down, so
it's a nice place to warm up. We try to
keep some extra treats on hand. It’s
very dependent on the weather. We
hope for cold, but not too cold and no
rain.”
