When he graduated in 2012, he and
a business partner opened Outside the
Blox, located in Livonia, where all they
do is provide professional ice carvings
for festivals, birthday parties, weddings
and other special events.
“It keeps us busy,”Ditto said.
Last year at the Plymouth Ice
Festival, Ditto and his partner, along
with another carver they employ,
carved a 12-block dragon and a 20-
block Mt. Rushmore on display in
Kellogg Park. While his plans are still
tentative for this year, Ditto said that he
