              The Spaghetti Dinner is the most
            
            
              important means of raising aware-
            
            
              ness about and funding for the many
            
            
              community-focused and internation-
            
            
              al Peace Through Service projects
            
            
              and undertakings of the club,

              Band boosters host BINGO game
            
            
              The Canton Music Boosters will lis-
            
            
              tening for one special lyric Friday
            
            
              evening during the Fall Festival as they
            
            
              once again host Bingo
            
            
              Night: B-I-N-G-O!
            
            
              The bingo games will
            
            
              take place in The
            
            
              Gathering from 6 p.m.
            
            
              until 10 p.m. and players
            
            
              can spend $25 for a
            
            
              game package that
            
            
              includes two cards of
            
            
              every game and two cards for every jack-
            
            
              pot played all night. Individual game
            
            
              cards can be purchased at any time dur-
            
            
              ing the night for $1.
            
            
              The massive bingo game is  fundrais-
            
            
              er for the group which supports the
            
            
              championship marching band and other
            
            
              music programs at the Centennial
            
            
              Educational Park.
            
            
              The Plymouth CantonMarching Band
            
            
              includes approximately 180 students
            
            
              from Plymouth, Canton and Salem high
            
            
              schools under the direction of David
            
            
              Armbruster and a professional staff of
            
            
              music educators. The
            
            
              band was named the
            
            
              Grand
            
            
              National
            
            
              Champion at the Bands
            
            
              of America National
            
            
              Competition in 1990-
            
            
              1991 and 1999, besting 93
            
            
              other bands from across
            
            
              the country to take the
            
            
              title. The Plymouth-Canton Band has
            
            
              never placed lower than 15th at the
            
            
              Grand National Competitions. During
            
            
              the last 17 years, the band has won more
            
            
              than 500 awards of excellence and has
            
            
              been the state champion marching band
            
            
              in 19 of the last 22 years.
            
            
              Proceeds from the bingo games will
            
            
              go to help fund the purchase of equip-
            
            
              ment and uniforms for the band and aid
            
            
              in travel expenses.
