           Safety first

Romulus firefighters recently teamed up to install more than 30 smoke alarms in
Metro Commons in the city. The safety of the community is a top priority for the
first responders in the City of Romulus, fire officials said. “It's important we work
together to be vigilant and proactive against potential dangers like home fires
           and carbon monoxide,” they added.
