between Sheldon and Canton Center Roads, identified as tax EDP #039-99-0027-010; and, WHEREAS, the Planning
Commission reviewed the site plan and made a recommendation to approve the request to grant site plan approval, including
modifications to planting bed widths, parking lot peninsula widths and the size of the proposed loading zone, as summarized in
the attached written analysis and recommendation. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Trustees of the
Charter Township of Canton, Michigan does hereby approve the request of the petitioner, Mr. Bryan Amann, to approve the site
plan for the proposed Alrig Fast Food Restaurant subject to any and all state and local development regulations and further sub-
ject to any conditions recommended by the Planning Commission and staff, as described in the analysis and recommendation

the request and applicable criteria and voted 8-0 to recommend approval, subject to the hours of operation as provided in the
application of 8:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and further subject to meeting all of the requirements of MCL
125.3205 and obtaining any applicable building permits for interior alterations as may be required for the use and State License.
