Bassam and Anthony
Warra, owners of the Simply
Fresh Mediterranean Grill,
have some very definite ideas
about the food served in their
restaurant. With more than 20 years in the restaurant busi-
ness, they know that the best food requires the best ingredi-
ents and they use nothing else in their kitchen.
The Warras insist on only the freshest local produce and
pride themselves on authentic flavors in their food.
