College for Creative Studies thrives in Plymouth
Jane Stewart of the College for
Creative Studies (CCS) is pleased the
school expanded to the Plymouth Arts
andRecreationComplex last fall.
“We're absolutely over the moon to
be in Plymouth,” said Stewart, director
of pre-college and continuing studies.
She lives near the Detroit Zoo, and is
very impressed with the enthusiasm
for the arts inPlymouth.
“The parents and the students are
amazing,” said Stewart. The Plymouth
Arts and Recreation Complex now
hosts a variety of CCS classes at the for-
mer Central Middle School building,
650 Church St. in downtown Plymouth.

Creative Studies, long known for fine
