Veterans’ groups benefit from Fall Festival events, sales
For more than 20 years, Vietnam
Veterans of America (VVA) Chapter 528
as well as the Veterans of Foreign Wars
Mayflower Lt. Gamble Post 6695, have
been selling pop, water and military
memorabilia during the Plymouth Fall
Festival from a booth on Main Street.
The veterans also organize the
Saturday-Sunday car show, mostly
through theVVA.
The post leaders said they really
appreciate support during Fall Festival

who give them the cover charge from
the Party Tent which features live
musicFriday and Saturday night during

Don Dignan, Ron King, John Spencer, Rick Adis, and Bob Lamoureux are
Vietnam veterans involved in the Plymouth Fall Festival along with a host of
activities to assist returning military veterans. The men are leaders in the Vietnam
Veterans of America Chapter 528 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Mayflower Lt.
Gamble Post 6695.
